The mission still needs the part. The team has a plan. Then, something changes. The machine scheduled to make it goes down. Suddenly, a production problem becomes a readiness decision. Ordimis connects the disruption to the mission case, bringing the impact, dependencies, and responsible people into a shared picture. Can another facility take the work? What changes in delivery, cost, and qualification? The team compares the options. The team checks data permissions, materials, equipment, qualified people, and the evidence needed to support the revised approach. The responsible authority reviews the proposed approach, the decision, its rationale, and the conditions for proceeding stay connected. Once authorized, the revised plan moves to the manufacturing team with clear responsibilities, current requirements, and the supporting work package. Production moves forward, the work stays linked to the requirement, and to the decision that changed the plan. Inspection findings support review. Completing the part does not replace government acceptance or authorization for operational use. The part arrives with its supporting record. What changed, what was done, and what was learned remain available for future decisions. When the plan changes, the response must stay connected. Ordimis, Know. Decide. Execute. Assure.
