I am a steward of Ordimis.

I believe that mission readiness is a shared responsibility.

I believe that no single organization possesses every answer, and that the strength of our Nation is found in the enterprise we build together.

I will place the mission above myself, truth above convenience, and service above recognition.

I will pursue evidence before opinion, collaboration before competition, and integrity before influence.

I will strengthen existing institutions rather than diminish them.

I will unite where others remain divided.

I will seek the solution that best serves the mission, regardless of technology, organization, or personal interest.

I understand that trust is not granted by authority. It is earned through character.

I accept responsibility not only for what I accomplish, but for how faithfully I serve those who depend upon the enterprise.

I will remember that every decision, every partnership, every innovation, and every act of stewardship ultimately serves one purpose: to better prepare those who stand in harm’s way to defend freedom.

I accept that mission readiness is never the responsibility of one organization alone. It is the shared responsibility of all who choose to serve.

Therefore, I will strive to leave this enterprise stronger than I found it.

I will protect its integrity. I will preserve its purpose. I will advance its mission.

For those who defend freedom should never stand alone because the enterprise failed to stand together.

I make this commitment freely. I accept this responsibility willingly. I will faithfully serve the mission entrusted to us.
