Understand and propose
Review released needs, identify where your capabilities apply and make assumptions, gaps, schedule and resource needs explicit. A relevant opportunity is a starting point for assessment, not a promise of an award.

Across America, small businesses hold extraordinary capability. Behind these doors are years of experience, skilled people, and a commitment to getting the work right. Yet entering the federal marketplace can feel unfamiliar. Where should a company begin? Which opportunities fit its expertise? What does it need to prepare? Ordimis is building a member experience that helps make those first steps clearer. Practical guidance, insights, and training connect learning with preparation. Companies emerging from research programs also need a place to continue their development, understand relevant requirements, and work toward qualification. Universities, laboratories, and manufacturers each contribute something valuable. Ordimis connects that expertise around a shared need, helping participants understand where they fit. A manufacturer begins by evaluating the opportunity and deciding where its capabilities fit. What can it deliver? Which data, equipment, partners, or skills are missing? A shared mission case gives authorized participants a place to prepare their contribution and understand their responsibilities. The connections extend to the original material source through processing and supply, because material availability, specifications, and evidence shape the response downstream. Small and midsize businesses can contribute alongside universities, larger companies, and original equipment manufacturers. Engineering knowledge helps inform the work. Technical data rights connect access with permitted use, protecting what each owner controls. Workforce readiness connects required skills, personnel, and qualification evidence. Members can see what they bring, where help is needed, and what must happen next. Government defines the mission need. Members propose how they can contribute. The mission determines the manufacturing approach, traditional, additive, or a combination of both. Manufacturing execution helps members coordinate responsibilities and next steps across participating organizations. When something changes, the team needs to know who must act. Members record findings and submit evidence for responsible review. A completed component is a milestone. Qualification, government acceptance, and operational use remain distinct decisions. Lessons can inform future cases, with fresh applicability and approval checks. This is how connected contributions can help strengthen America's supply chain. Your expertise, your people, your contribution to the mission. Protect what creates advantage. Share what enables readiness. Ordimis, know, decide, execute, assure.
THE MEMBER VALUE
A visible requirement is only the beginning. Members need to understand fit, make a defensible proposal, prepare the technical and workforce contribution, and carry evidence through delivery. Ordimis is designed to connect those steps.
Review released needs, identify where your capabilities apply and make assumptions, gaps, schedule and resource needs explicit. A relevant opportunity is a starting point for assessment, not a promise of an award.
Identify technical-data permissions, material/process evidence, personnel and complementary expertise needed for your contribution.
Record authorized work and progress, communicate blockers, and assemble scope-specific evidence and transition information for review.
Retain authorized lessons and references that improve the next response. Reassess applicability, rights and qualification whenever the context changes.
THE GOVERNMENT CONNECTION
Government defines the need and reviews the response. Members contribute an approach, capability, work and evidence. Released opportunity information helps prospective contributors assess fit; authorized participants continue through the same mission case after selection.
The demonstration supports proposal submission, a recorded simulated award, contribution tracking and acceptance or return of a transition package. Members retain execution responsibility until the handoff is accepted.
The current platform demonstrates these workflows with synthetic scenarios and authorized test cases. Demonstration awards and recorded assessments are not procurement actions, verified certifications, or authorization for operational use.
See both sides of a mission →PROTECT AND CONNECT
Technical data, process knowledge and intellectual property can create advantage. TDRE brings data revision, access needs, rights and permitted-use context into the work; sharing a reference does not itself grant a license.
EKN, workforce readiness and STEMN connect knowledge, people and production context. MEE and DEN organize the execution contribution, while QAE frames the evidence needed for responsible review.
Explore the connected products →RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION
Acquisition, cybersecurity, quality, data rights and qualification requirements depend on the mission and contract. Ordimis complements authoritative Government systems and responsible technical authorities. Membership is not certification, Government endorsement or a guarantee of a contract.
Live procurement-system connections, production organization onboarding and independently verified authority credentials are separate from the current demonstration.
